Diane Gasaway, executive director of the Northwest Co-op Development Center since 2003, will conduct a training session on co-op management at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday,  Aug. 13, at the Sunsets West Co-op in Clallam Bay, 16795 Highway 112.

Gasaway’s responsibilities include fulfilling the NWCDC mission to foster community economic growth through the co-operative business model.

Her technical assistance skills include strategic planning, co-op education, co-op development, financial analysis, grant administration and budget management. Gasaway has 13 years financial employment background and a Master of Public Administration degree.

In addition to a training session on how co-ops can network for common goals, she will answer any questions about any aspects of co-ops.

Anyone interested in the Sunsets West Co-op and members are urged to attend.
