The Washington State Commission on Hispanic Affairs is holding a public meeting in Forks on Friday, June. The panel will discuss issues of racial profiling and equitable practices in this area. The public is invited to attend and share ideas.
The Commission on Hispanic Affairs convenes in different cities throughout the state to give the Hispanic community the opportunity to dialogue with its local government and the Commission to address issues that are directly impacting them.
The Forks Community Meeting on Ensuring Equitable Practices will be held at the Forks Community Center, 91 Maple Ave., on Friday, from 6:00 to 8:30 p,m. Refreshments will be provided.
