General Election Ballots Mailed

CLALLAM COUNTY – The General Election is underway! Ballots were mailed last Wednesday, to all active registered voters in Clallam County. Military and overseas voters’ ballots were mailed on September 20, 2024. Ballots will begin to arrive in mailboxes over the next week.

The purpose of this General Election is to approve or reject State Measures, Local Propositions, and to elect officials to County, State and Federal positions. Official Ballot Drop Boxes are open throughout Clallam County and ballot collection is underway. Return your ballot by Official Ballot Drop Box or by mail, no stamp is needed. Your ballot must be deposited in an Official Ballot Drop Box by 8 PM or postmarked by Election Day, Nov. 5, 2024. If mailed, the USPS recommends that you mail a week before Election Day. Voters returning their ballot less than a week before Election Day are encouraged to use

an Official Ballot Drop Box.

There are nine Official Ballot Drop Boxes throughout Clallam County. Locations can be viewed at www.votewa.gov.

Registered voters who do not receive a ballot packet by October 25 should call or visit the Elections and Voter Registration Office for a replacement. Voters can also securely access a replacement ballot delivered online by logging into www.votewa.gov.
