Forks Community Hospital will hold individual and group Halloween costume contests on Monday, Oct. 31. There will be cash prizes for individuals and a pizza party for the group winner.

There also will be a department scarecrow contest with the winners to receive an Ice Cream Sundae Party. A kids’ pumpkin carving contest is open to the public. Participants ages 2-16 can bring their carved pumpkins for the chance to win first- ($15) or second- ($10) place cash prizes. Bring all entries to the Spoons Café by 1:30 p.m. on Oct. 31.

Judging will take place after 1 p.m. Monday, Oct. 31. At 2 p.m. there will be ghoulish cake and ice cream served as the winners are announced.

Trick-or-treaters also are invited to stop by Long Term Care that evening for treats from the residents.
