Town Hall meeting set

The community has a great opportunity to come and meet some of the candidates asking for your vote in the upcoming November election. A town hall meeting is set for 6-8 p.m. Friday Oct. 14, at the Forks High School Commons.

The community has a great opportunity to come and meet some of the candidates asking for your vote in the upcoming November election. A town hall meeting is set for 6-8 p.m. Friday Oct. 14, at the Forks High School Commons.

Those currently scheduled to attend and the offices they are seeking:

• Danille Turissini — Senate

• John Alger — 24th Legislature Representative

• Dave Neupert — Judge Clallam County Superior Court

• Marty McClendon — Lt. Governor

• Todd Bloom — 6th Congressional District Congress

• Steve McLaughlin — Public Lands Commissioner

• George Vrable — 24th District State Representative

• Michael Waite — Treasurer

• Josh Trumbull — Attorney General

• Ron Richards — Clallam County Commissioner

Additional candidates also may appear. Snacks and refreshments will be served.
