The City of Forks will host a live-stream of National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day Commemoration for the 75th anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor. The National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day Commemoration is being co-hosted by the National Park Service and the United States Navy.
The event is being held at Kilo Pier, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, but is being made available via a live-stream. In addition, there may be a special, pre-recorded welcome by U.S. Congressman Derek Kilmer immediately prior to the live- stream. The city will be hosting this event at the Rainforest Arts Center, 35 N. Forks Ave., and the event is free and open to all members of the public from 9:30-11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 7.
Livestream from Pearl Harbor begins at 9:45 a.m.
Parking for the event is along the areas on Division Street and U.S. Highway 101. Paid parking is available across the street at the attendee’s costs.
