Clallam County Fire Protection District No. 1 was dispatched to a structure fire at 1:42 a.m. Nov. 2, in Aldergrove Mobile Home Park, space #88. Forks Fire Chief Bill Paul said the structure was mostly involved when he arrived on the scene.

The fire was called in by a neighbor. Engine #91 responded with eight firefighters. Also, on the scene was an officer from the Forks Police Department. A deputy from the Clallam County Sheriff’s Office was called out to help with the investigation.

Chief Paul reported that nobody was in the trailer at the time of the fire. The blaze is currently being investigated by the Forks Police Department, Clallam County Sheriff’s Office and Fire District No. 1.

On last Thursday afternoon, Geoffrey Dolan Rich was being held on one count of Arson with no bond in the Clallam County Jail.
