Katie rogers passed away August 27, 2018, in Yakima, WA at the age of 33. She was born December 18, 1984, in Port Angeles to Ilene Rogers (Lorenzen) and the late Thomas Rogers.

Katie attended Forks High School and graduated in 2003, she then went on to achieve her passion in the ministry and her love for the Lord, attending Marysville Masters Commission. She then came back to Forks working at Sully’s Drive-In and Forks Community Hospital sharing her love and great smile to all. She then went on to work in Yakima at the Department of Social and Health Services.

Katie is survived by her mother Ilene, her sisters Deana Rogers of Forks, Brenda Rogers of Port Angeles, Shelley Crowley of Las Vegas, Quin Ersland of Port Angeles and brothers Donnell Rogers of Marysville and Thomas Rogers of Fort Stockton, Texas.

Katie is preceded in death by her father Thomas Rogers, and Grandparents Thomas and Louise Rogers and Richard and Iola Lorenzen.

Katie’s Celebration of Life will be held Sept. 8 at 1 p.m. at Forks Assembly of God, 81 Huckleberry Lane.
