New Peninsula College President Dr. Luke Robins, who became the sixth president of Peninsula College on July 1, traveled to the Forks branch of the college on Tuesday, Aug. 14 to sign an agreement with the Forks Hispanic Family Association. The organization was represented by its president, Manuela Velasquez. The group presents Hispanic cultural events at the Forks branch.
