NOLS Expands Hours & Services, Ends Curbside Service

Since mid-June, the North Olympic Library System (NOLS) has gradually expanded in-library services and hours, and has phased-out Curbside Service. Limited seating and tables have returned to each branch, newspapers are available again, and public computer access has been expanded. When statewide restrictions for public libraries were lifted on June 30, NOLS dropped its reduced building capacity and time limits.

At this time, unvaccinated patrons age two and older are still required to wear a mask. Exceptions will be allowed for children age four and under, and anyone with a health condition that limits mask use. Fully vaccinated patrons are encouraged to wear masks but are not required to. All library staff wear masks in public areas.

As of July 6, the expanded hours are:

Forks, Port Angeles and Sequim

Monday – Thursday – 10 am-6 pm

Friday – Saturday — 10 am-5 pm

Clallam Bay

Monday – Wednesday – 10 am-6 pm

Thursday – Friday — 10 am-5 pm
