PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Forks City Council in the City Council Meeting Room at the City Hall Forks, WA at 7:30 pm on February 13, 2012.
The purpose of the meeting is to review community development and housing needs, inform citizens of the availability of funds and eligible uses of the State Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and receive comments on proposed activities, particularly from lower income persons and persons residing in the west end of Clallam County and West Jefferson County.
Up to $1 Million may be available to the City of Forks on statewide competitive basis to fund public facility, community facility, economic development and affordable housing projects that principally benefit low and moderate-income persons.
An outline of the proposed expansion of the Hospital’s Emergency Department and creation of a Main Hospital entrance will be available for review at the public hearing and at Forks Community Hospital. Comments may also be submitted in writing to the City of Forks thru February 13, 2012.
Other potential Grant Applicants needing potential City sponsorship, contact City staff for technical assistance prior to February 13, 2012.
A Spanish Interpreter will be onsite during the meeting to answer questions.

PRESENTE SE DA AVISO que una audiencia pública se llevará a cabo por el Ayuntamiento horquillas Consejo en la Sala de Juntas del Ayuntamiento en el Ayuntamiento de Tenedores, WA a las 7:30 pm el 13 de febrero de 2012.
