Halsey Jane Phillips was born on August 28, 2019, at 4:05 a.m. at Olympic Medical Center in Port Angeles. She was seven pounds 15 ounces and 20 inches long at birth.

Her parents are Bryce Phillips and Lauren Pederson. She joins big sister Finley Phillips.

Grandparents are Brian and Traci Pederson of Forks and Arvid and Jerry Krume of Elma.
