Jessie Hanawalt of Renton, WA and Dallas Huggins of Forks, were married October 14, 2017. The bride, daughter of Jody Hanawalt and Gary Hanawalt of the Seattle area, is a graduate of Hazen High School and Western Washington University. She is the Region Biologist at the Department of Natural Resources. The groom, son of Debbie and Albert Huggins of Forks, is a graduate of Forks High School. He is the Presales Unit Leader at Pacific Forest Management.
The ceremony was held outdoors at the Huggins farm with beautiful autumn leaves and burgundy, burnt orange and plum flowers throughout. Rick Gooding was the officiant and the music was sung and performed on guitar by Sally Milici. The bride was escorted by her father to the song “Marry Me” by Train. A reception followed at The Ki’tla Center. The couple raises chickens together; they have three rescue dogs and reside in Forks.
