John and Halie Fletcher would like to announce the birth of their daughter, Harper Ann Fletcher. Born September 3, 2019, at 11:19 p.m. at Olympic Medical Center in Port Angeles, WA, Harper was 6 pounds 4 ounces and 18.5 inches long at birth. She is a little bundle of joy.
