The Fourth place finisher was Mike Deweese and he received a $100 gift card from Cribbage Committee. Fifth place finisher was Kenney Daman 2nd and a $100 dollar gift card from a local merchant. Marni and Jonathan Whitehead won 6th and 7th place respectfully receiving a $50 gift card from a local merchant. Our next 8 finishers received $25 dollar gift cards from local merchants. Marni Whitehead won the Split the Pot which was a $90 purse.
Without the support of our local merchants, this Cribbage Tournament would not have been held. We would like to thank Olympic Corrections Center Wood Working shop under the direction of Greg Banner for the beautiful three-lane cribbage boards. Once again I would like to thank Forks Outfitters, Decker’s City Hardware, Blakeslee’s Bar and Grill, Whiteheads Auto Parts NAPA, Sully’s Drive-In, West End Taproom, D & K BBQ, and the Congregational Church for providing a wonderful venue that all contestants were pleased with.
Also, we would like to thank Starla Daman of Bushel and a Peck who made the 8 dozen cookies. We were down in contestants from last year but all who were there said it was a wonderful tournament. Hope to see all contestants back next year. We can hold up to 100 players with our table configuration. Be looking down the road for some fall and winter tournaments! Thanks to a wonderful community for your Support!
