The annual Kid’s Fishing Day was another success at the Bogachiel Rearing Pond Sunday, May 7 as young sportsmen gathered to test their skills at fishing.

Good Samaritan Foundation representatives and local volunteers gathered at the Congregational Church fellowship hall, filling 475 shoeboxes for the Operation Christmas Child program. The team, which included Deborah and Marty Dillion with Don Lawley, completed their work in just two hours on Saturday morning.
