The North Olympic Library System (NOLS) is offering Bad Art Night, an evening of fun for community members to be creative without any pressure or expectations of how the final art piece should look. This program is great for adults, teens, and families! Bad Art Night kicks off at the Forks Branch Library on Monday, March 20 at 5:30 pm, and at the Clallam Bay Branch Library on Tuesday, April 4 at 4:30 pm.
There will be a theme for each evening event and participants will have one hour to create. Paint, brushes, and general supplies will be provided so that all ages can create something imperfect. Participants are permitted to bring additional supplies to enrich their bad art experience. At the end of the event, participants will cast a good-natured vote on the art that is so bad it’s good. The winner will receive a small prize and bragging rights.
