Forks City Hall custodian Donna Bayne was honored Oct. 2, National Custodial Workers Day.

 Mayor Bryon Monohon and city staff surprised her with a card, flowers and a gift certificate for dinner out.  

Bayne said she didn’t even know that there was a day to honor her job. Coincidently, Oct. 1 marked the 11th anniversary of her job at City Hall.

Bayne also cares for the Forks Transit Center and Tillicum Park.
