Engine 95 was dispatched to a motor vehicle rollover accident on HWY 101. Engine 95 was cancelled prior to responding.

09/03-1930 CALAWAH WAY-0138 hours, Engine 91 was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident in the 1900 block of Calawah Way. There also was information that the power was out and lines on the ground. The vehicle was unoccupied and the driver and passenger fled the scene. Fire personnel stayed on scene until PUD arrived and removed the power lines from the road.

09/08 1752 hours, vehicle off the roadway and in the ditch on HWY 101 and Andersonville. The driver was on the phone with 9-1-1 and reported the accident. At 1803 hours, Engine 91 was dispatched.

09/12-1421 RUSSELL RD-1958 hours, Engine 91 was dispatched to a vehicle fire at 1421 Russell Road.

09/14-Hwy 101 MP 187-2104 hours, E91 was dispatched to a possible two-car motor vehicle accident located at Hwy 101 MP 186.5. It was a vehicle vs.deer and all responding units could stand down.

09/15-800 S FORKS AVE-1714 hours, E91 was dispatched to a two-car motor vehicle accident located in the 800 Block of South Forks Ave. A Ford Windstar minivan that had moderate front end damage and a Chevy Silverado with minor rear end damage. Both vehicles were in the southbound lane. The driver of the Ford Windstar was transported to Forks Community Hospital.

09/22-Highway 110 La Push MP 1.5 RD-1657 hours, Engine 91, 902 responded to a single-car motor vehicle accident located at MP 1.5 of SR 110 (La Push Road). When 902 arrived he noticed 1998 Dodge Dakota upside down in the eastbound lane. There was a female passenger in the back of the extended cab that could not move and was having difficulty breathing. FFs from Engine 91 assisted Rescue 91 in stabilizing the vehicle and then begin extrication. The passenger door was removed and the extended cab was opened so the female passenger could be removed. EMTs from A91 placed the female patient on a backboard and transported to the Forks hospital.

09/23-BOGACHIEL WAY-Engine 91 was dispatched to a possible structure fire near Bogachiel Way and Seventh Avenue. Unable to located anything, noticed that there was a large tin shop with a controlled fire in a large handmade wood stove.

09/24-4500 QUILLAYUTE RD-0926 hours, E61 (Three Rivers Fire Department) was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident with entrapment located in the 4500 block of Quillayute Road. Further information was received that there was one occupant who was not moving and was non-responsive. Vehicle over a steep embankment with major damage to the entire vehicle. The vehicle was resting against a tree on the driver’s side. There was one patient stuck in the driver side seat and after some time the driver was extricated out of the vehicle and transported to the Forks hospital.

09/26-ELK CORNER RD-Assisted the Forks Ambulance with manpower.

09/28-350 TRILLIUM AVE-1225 hours, Engine 91 was dispatched to 350 Trillium Lane for a residence filled with smoke. The front door and windows to the residence open and a moderate amount of white smoke coming from them. Resident had left eggs cooking on the stove and left the residence. Upon returning the house was filled with smoke, inside was the family dog and cat. The dog sustained smoke inhalation and the pet oxygen mask was used. The cat was later located inside the residence and the pet oxygen mask was also used. There was no damage to the residence.

09/28-HWY 101-2101 hours, E91 was dispatched to a vehicle vs. deer accident and the vehicle was off the roadway. The driver of the vehicle was not sure of his location so dispatch had to plot the location. The vehicle was located a few minutes later south of David-Mansfield road off the road and approx. 100 yards down a very steep embankment. The vehicle was occupied by one male and the vehicle sustained major damage to the cab. Aid along with District 1 FFs assisted and extricated the semi-conscious patient from the vehicle and to the awaiting ambulance.

09/29-S. ELDERBERRY AVE-Alarm activation due to malfunction/other.

09/29-939 MORA RD-E61 was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident with injury located at 939 Mora Road. Chief Swagerty asked for mutual aid and wanted U91 to respond. While U91was responding E61 stated stand down and cancel. Both District 1 units cancelled.

09/29-HOH AVE-Resident had a fire larger than the legal size. Was advised of the legal size 3x3x2 and allowed to let the fire burn down.
