Concerned Citizens, a group that offers a helping hand where and when it’s needed for residents of all ages in Clallam and Jefferson counties, will hold its annual carnival at Sunshine and Rainbows day care, 945 S. Forks Ave, from 11 a.m.-2 p.m., Tuesday and Wednesday, Aug. 11-12. Carnival activities include face painting, prizes, train rides for youths and a wide range of games. Food and beverages will be available.

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

There is no admission fee. Tickets for games and treats are 25 cents each.
