Pastor Warren Johnson and the Congregation of the Forks Congregational Church would like to invite you to attend the 87th Annual Harvest Dinner this Friday, Oct. 7, 2022. Doors open at 4:30 p.m., (no early entry), and serving ends at 7 p.m. As always we count on the help of our friends from the community to pull off this large event.

The Menu is roast turkey, turkey stuffing, mashed potatoes/with turkey gravy; sweet potatoes, baked salmon, a variety of salads, apple and pumpkin pie, plus a variety of drinks. The cost is $10 for adults, $6 for seniors over 62, and children under 12. Plus if you have a large family there is a family pass for $35.

Where in town can you get a full meal with dessert and drinks for ten bucks and a good time to boot? Many people say that they have lived here for a long time and have never attended. Boy, you do not know what you are missing out on! Some good home cooking and a great time had by all.

We are expecting a large crowd at this year’s dinner and are asking that when you finish your meal please be courteous and make room for others attending the dinner so everyone can enjoy a great meal. Also do not block the handicapped drop-off in front of the Church for easy wheelchair access.

The proceeds from this dinner help out with the cost of the nonprofit groups that meet at the church, which are many.
