The following people were fined $100 or more and/or received jail sentences when they appeared in Clallam County District II Court in Forks:
Kelli Sawyer was fined $350 and was sentenced to 364 days of jail with 359 days suspended for Theft III.
Trinston Rigby was fined $250 and sentenced to 90 days of jail with 85 days suspended for Use of Drug Paraphernalia and received parole modification.
Casey Dickerson was fined $250 and sentenced to 364 days of jail with 357 days suspended for Shoplifting and fined $250 and sentenced to 90 days of jail with 83 days suspended for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
James Angelo was fined $950 and sentenced to 364 days of jail with 363 days suspended for Driving Under The Influence.
Joseph Krecker was fined $250 and sentenced to 90 days of jail with 89 days suspended for Negligent Driving First Degree
Clallam County District II Court Most Wanted
Wesley Schumack
Bench warrants were issued on Jan. 26 under Case Nos. C818183 (DUI) and CR25208 (Theft) after Defendant failed to report for hearings. Schumack is 37, 5’2” and approximately 145 pounds.
John LaChester
A bench warrant was issued on Oct.1, 2015, under Case No. C512001 (DUI) after Defendant failed to report for a hearing. LaChester is 62, 5’10” and approximately 170 pounds.
Jodie Penn
A bench warrant was issued on Feb. 1 under CR25203 (DUI) after Defendant failed to report for a hearing. Penn is 28, 5’4” and approximately 125 pounds.
