Contractor Jordan Excavating is beginning construction on main storm drainage at the intersection of Division Street and Spartan Avenue under a contract with the City of Forks. The work is scheduled to start at the intersection and move east. “Unfortunately, there will be instances when the entire street will be closed with only resident access,” a letter from Jordan Excavating to the Forks Forum states. “As much as possible only one block of Division Street will be closed at a time to keep the work impact at a minimum, leaving as many routes around the work area as possible.”
