The Washington Dental Service Foundation SmileMobile, a fully equipped dental clinic is coming to Forks from Aug. 8-19 at Catherine of Sienna, 351 Founders Way, Forks.
The waiting area will be the community center at Catherine of Sienna Village in building B.
The SmileMobile:
Provides dental care to children up through high school with limited income
Accepts ProviderOne and sliding fee scale based on family income.

SmileMobile is operated by Washington Dental Service Foundation in partnership with Seattle Children’s Hospital. This program is provided in cooperation with Forks Community Hospital.
