Forks High School is proud to announce the Class of 2021 Valedictorian Natalie Lausche and Salutatorian Savannah Meyer
Natalie is the daughter of Shaun and Rebecca Lausche.
Natalie shines character! She is kind, honest, and goal-driven. Her senior year she attended Running Start at Peninsula College and made the Dean’s list fall quarter. She is an active member of the National Honor Society and participated three years in volleyball and fastpitch.
Natalie has been recognized with the following high school awards: Principal Award (6 semesters at the high school), Student of Character, WIAA Scholar-Athlete award, & 2019 WIAA 2nd team volleyball player.
Natalie plans to continue her education next year at Peninsula College to receive her associate degree. After she graduates from Peninsula College, she will transfer to a 4-year college pursuing a degree in business.
Savannah is the daughter of Bill and Jananne Meyer.
Savannah is a cheerful, respectful, dedicated student who has a love for music and adventure. Her volunteer work is a true reflection of her character. She volunteers at a fishing camp in Alaska, concessions, Dream Center in Los Angeles, potlucks, auctions, community fundraisers, the Caring Place, Vacation Bible School, food drives, the annual Truck or Treat, and her mother’s school classroom.
Savannah participated in Cross Country for four years, Track four years, Pep band 3 years, Concert band three years, Jazz band three years, National Honor Society, Youth Leadership Team three years, and Youth Worship Leader three years.
She has been recognized with the following awards: Principal Award all quarter’s 9th and 10th grade, Fine Arts Competitor 9th -12th grade, Class Secretary 9th grade, Servant Heart Award & Girls Club Honor Prim.
Savannah has been accepted to Seattle Pacific University. She plans to pursue a bachelor’s in math, science, or biochemistry.
Natalie and Savannah represent the very best of our outstanding Forks High School students. Staff and administration are very proud of each of you for your commitment to academic excellence!
