FHS September Students of the Month

SEPTEMBER STUDENT OF CHARACTER

Colton Hunt

I do not have Colton this year unfortunately, but in years past he has been a student that always remains calm no matter what is happening, except if mice are involved, he really hates mice. I truly miss having him in my classes this year.

Mr. Winger

Dema Martin-Mendoza

Dema is an incredibly calm student. Amidst the hustle and bustle of the first few weeks of school, Dema has maintained a very calm, light-hearted spirit and attitude towards her teachers and all of her peers. I am very excited to have Dema in class as she is great about counseling her peers and staying calm through all she faces throughout each day.

Ms. Erickson

Ms. Brickey

Peyton Johnson

Ms. Brickey

Nery Jeronimo-Ramirez

Nery may not always be quiet, but he remains calm in stressful situations.

Ms. Brickey

Trentston Pope

I believe that Trenston exemplifies the character trait of CALM. As Trentston walks through this world, I have observed him to not only be calm, but empathetic, altruistic and intrinsically motivated to do good and be kind to others. Thank you Trentsten for being who you are!

Mr.Kent

Trystan Imel

I have nominated Trystan Imal as a Student of Character in recognition of his character trait of Calmness because of his tranquility, stillness, and resistance to being ruffled. In the classroom, Trystan is a master of gentleness and mildness regardless of any disarray or discord happening around him. I have never heard him raise his voice, display unchecked emotion, or even react to a ridiculous situation in kind. This outstanding young man is able to conduct himself with a restraint and composure that many of his peers are yet to develop; his maturity within a sophomoric atmosphere makes him stand out as an exemplar of calmness. Furthermore, he is a who refuses to allow himself to be caught up in the drama, chaos, and tomfoolery that so often plagues his contemporaries. Trystan can be consistently relied upon to be outside of the juvenile milieu, peacefully progressing through his day with hardly a raised eyebrow in response to the daily nonsense that inundates the life of a teenager.
