Forks High School is proud to announce the Class of 2020 Valedictorian Madelyn Archibald and Salutatorian Brenna King
Madelyn is the daughter of Brad and Cheryl Archibald.
Madelyn has participated in the Forks Youth Community Coalition, St. Anne’s Catholic Church, Girl Scouts for 13 years, Cross-Country for 4 years, and was the Junior and Senior Class President.
She has been recognized with the following awards: Principal Award, High Honor Roll,
Student of the Month for Creativity, Student of the Month for Loyalty, Student of the Month for Patience, Girl Scout Gold Award, Girl Scout Silver Award, North Olympic Library System: Certificate of Excellence.
Madelyn plans to spend time studying abroad in Italy, attend Gonzaga University to earn a BA in Chemistry and become a science teacher in a rural area.
Brenna is the Daughter of Brenda and Brian King.
Brenna has participated in Volleyball -9th-12th grade, Basketball – 9th grade, Wrestling 10-12th grade, and Softball 9th- 12th grade, National Honor Society Treasurer 11th and 12th grade, Associated Student Body Treasurer 11th and 12th grade and Link Leader 11th and 12th grade.
She has been recognized with the following awards: Principal Award, High Honor Roll, Student of Character award for Perseverance, Student of Character award for Kindness, Student of Character award for Most Inspirational, and Scholar-Athlete award.
Brenna will attend Central Washington University in the Fall to pursue a career in Culinary Arts and become a teacher.
Madelyn and Brenna represent the very best of our outstanding Forks High School students — both not only for their outstanding academic success but for their dedicated service to our school and community.
