Pick up schedules and 4th of July buttons at the West End Youth League (WEYL) fireworks stand June 27th through July 3rd, noon – 8 pm, July 4th 2 pm – Dusk (hours may vary), at 390 S. Forks Avenue.

DEMO DERBY TICKETS

Demo Derby tickets will be sold as follows: Saturday, July 1st 10 am – Noon Forks Outfitters Patio, Sunday, July 2nd Noon – 3 pm in front of the RAC and 3-5 pm at Tillicum Park near sacks tourney, Monday, July 3rd 11 am – 3 pm at Forks Forum, and Tuesday, July 4th after the parade ends at the base of the Tillicum Park Arena by the old tennis courts. Please note: Strollers require a ticket. No wagons, animals, pop-up canopies, or coolers allowed. Gate opens at 1 pm, derby begins at 3 pm. Tickets are $10 each. Kids 2 and under are free. CASH ONLY.

THE PARK

10 am-6 pm Saturday and Tuesday Vendors in the Park. This is an opportunity for Forks-area non-profits to be a vendor in Tillicum Park during Forks Old Fashioned 4th of July. Please contact 360-374-5412 x 237 to sign up.

Decorated Windows Photos. All businesses are encouraged to dress up their windows for “American the Beautiful” patriotic theme!

FRIDAY, JUNE 30th

Noon-6 pm Entries accepted for 4th of July Art, Craft & Photography Show, Rainforest Arts Center, 35 N. Forks Avenue, 360-374-2486.

12:30 – 1:30 pm Legion Riders Wreath Laying at the Gold Star Families Memorial Monument, Forks Transit Center, 553 S. Forks Avenue.

5 pm Frog Jump, Tillicum Park, 360-640-8169.

SATURDAY, JULY 1st

7 – 11 am American Legion July Breakfast, suggested donation $10, dine in or take out options, 651 E. Division & Maple Avenue.

8 – 8:45 am Forks 4th of July Fun Run Registration. Race begins at 9 am. Sponsored by Forks Community Hospital United Way Committee. Entry fee $10. Includes a “Forks Welcome Sign” Medal for the first 100 registrations. All proceeds will go to United Way of Clallam County.

Walk or run 1-mile, 5k, or 10k. Meet in parking lot behind Mocha Motion on Forks Avenue, 360-640-5333.

8:30 am Horseshoe Tournament sign-ups, tourney begins at 9 am, entry fee $10, Tillicum Park, 360-374-5323 after 3pm.

9:30 – 11:30 am Archery Tag Tournament, sponsored by Forks Old Fashioned 4th of July Committee and run by Forks Police Department, $25 per team or $5 per person, 5-man teams, ages 12 and up, Tillicum Park Ball Fields, 360-640-3543.

5:30 pm Forks Elks Membership Drive, $10 cover charge, live music by Richwine Road Band starting at 7:30 pm, games, food, fun, Forks Elks Lodge, 941 Merchant Road, 360-374-2524.
