IRS-certified TAX-AIDE volunteers will be available in Forks at the Forks Concerned Citizens Center, 945 South Forks Avenue, on Saturdays, February 4 through April 15, from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.

What to bring:

• Photo ID (REQUIRED!)

• Social Security CARDS for taxpayer, spouse and all dependents (REQUIRED!)

• Copy of 2021 tax return

• W-2s from each employer

• All 1099 forms

• Documentation of health insurance coverage for taxpayer, spouse, and any dependents including Form 1095, if coverage is through the Healthcare Marketplace

• Check or bank document with routing and account numbers, if direct deposit of the refund is desired

• Any other documents necessary to complete the 2022 return
