The Bogachiel Garden Club’s Annual Tea will present the program “Nature’s Little Creatures” on Saturday, Feb. 3, 2024, at 1 p.m. at the Congregational Church, 280 Spartan Avenue.

Admission is $12 which includes a lunch of sandwiches, cookies, and of course TEA!

The tea will offer a presentation by Entomologist, Katherine Cassell, flying in from Florida for this wonderful program about bugs in our soil. Cassell went to undergrad and grad school at the University of Georgia, with her undergrad in Environmental Science and her grad school program was Entomology.

She has worked as an Environmental Specialist for Sarasota County Mosquito Management. She now oversees the insecticide resistance testing program.
