LTC needs candy donations and trick or treaters
Please drop off candy donations at Long-Term Care for the elders to hand out to all the little loggers, princesses, and superheroes. They enjoy seeing the children and their costumes so much. Thank you!
Sunshine and Rainbows Halloween Party
Sunshine and Rainbows will host a Halloween party at the Family First Center (next door) on Monday, Oct. 29, from 4:30-6:30 p.m. The event is open to the public and costumes are optional. There will be fun activities, treats, crafts, and games. All children attending must be accompanied by an adult.
Time to Polish Your Brooms
Soroptimist International of Port Angeles Jet-Set will host its annual “Be-Witching Tea” on Saturday, Oct. 27… Just in time to practice for Halloween Haunting. This is a fundraiser to support the Scholarship Program for the year 2019. It’s time to put on your costumes (or not) and come to the Port Angeles Naval Elks 131 E. First St., between the be-witching hours of 1-3 p.m. Silent auction, great food, and witches brew. Cost is $35.

Halloween Party at Three Sisters
There will be a Halloween Party and Potluck at Three Sisters in Clallam Bay on Saturday, Oct. 27. The potluck kicks off the fun at 6:30 p.m. and music by Therapy Session starts at 7 p.m. Everyone is welcome.

costume contest
The Forks Forum sponsors the Fourth-Annual Halloween Pet Costume Contest on Saturday, Oct. 27, outside Forks Outfitters, 950 S. Forks Ave., in the Pumpkin Patch. Entry is by donation of cash or pet food, photos available by donation too. All funds raised go to benefit Friends of Forks Animals to support all the great work they do in our community.
There will be first, second and third place prizes as well as treats for man and beast. All dogs must be on a leash and no pets are allowed in the store.
Judging will take place from 1-1:30 p.m with photos happening from 1:30 -2 p.m.
