To the Citizens of The West End,

We cannot thank you enough for the continued support and dedication you bestow upon Forks Community Hospital. Your willingness to see a need and proceed to ensure it is met, no matter the cost, it’s what makes The West End unique and fosters the feeling of family and community among citizens.

Your willingness to raise over $76,000 needed to purchase a bus that conforms to all state and federal mandates in under 6 months is staggering. Our residents living in Long Term Care can now get back out into the community that they love.

We are in awe of your generosity and would like to invite you to the dedication of the new resident bus on Sept. 3, 2019, at 11 a.m., in the Long Term Care parking lot. We thank you again for your investment in our community. Together we can continue to create opportunities to increase care and quality of life for all members of The West End.
