PAIR (Pawsitive Animal Impact Rescue) recently celebrated another successful low-cost spay and neuter event, altering 26 animals in a single day, including an entire cat colony! Space for the activity was provided by Fox-Bell Weddings and Events and Westside Pizza provided food for the volunteers.
