More OPNET Activity on the West End
Jesica McCoy, age 36, of Forks, was charged on May 14 in Clallam County Superior Court with two counts of Delivery of Methamphetamine. McCoy was stopped and arrested in Forks on May 13 during a cooperative investigation between OPNET, Forks Police Department, Clallam County Sheriff’s Office, and Port Angeles Police Department. McCoy’s arrest was the result of an OPNET investigation during which OPNET developed probable cause to believe that McCoy delivered methamphetamine to OPNET on February 4th and February 17th of 2015.
In addition, OPNET seized McCoy’s Toyota pick-up truck based on reason to believe that McCoy used to the truck to deliver methamphetamine and also to transport methamphetamine with the intent to deliver. An additional charge of Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver within 1000 feet of a Designated School Bus Stop has also been referred to the Clallam County Prosecutor for charges. McCoy is the eleventh person to be arrested by OPNET in the Forks area in recent weeks.
Teddy Allen Peterson, age 35, of Forks was charged with two counts of Delivery of Methamphetamine in Clallam County Superior Court on May 14, 2015. Peterson was arrested in Forks on May 13 in a cooperative investigation between OPNET, Forks Police Department, Clallam County Sheriff’s Office, and Port Angeles Police Department.
The charges against Peterson are the results of an OPNET investigation during which OPNET developed probable cause to believe that Peterson delivered methamphetamine to OPNET on July 3, 2014 and that he acted with Jesica McCoy to deliver methamphetamine to OPNET on February 17, 2015.
Peterson is the twelfth Forks area person to be arrested by OPNET in recent weeks.
