Voters may alternatively return their ballots by postal mail. No stamp is needed, but a valid postmark on or before Election Day ensures the ballot is counted. If voters are returning their ballots by mail, we encourage mailing by Friday, Nov. 2, in order to be certain it’s postmarked in time. Otherwise, please use an official ballot drop box, which is open extended hours Nov. 6 for Election Night, when all official ballot drop boxes will close at 8 p.m.
