Olympic Corrections Center held its annual awards ceremony and BBQ at the facility south of Forks on Thursday, May 30. Annual Agency Awards, as well as Annual local awards, were presented by Superintendent Scott Speer.
Speer shared that all awards are nominated and voted on by staff peers.
Also receiving awards and not pictured – Employee of the Year Vivian Brewington and Classification Counselor of the Year Elbert Jennings.
Greg Banner was presented with the Supervisor of the Year Award. Banner has three decades of service to the OCC facility.
Kristopher Oliver has presented the Annual Agency Award for Innovation as well as the PREA Advisory Council Award.
Jamie Kerschner received the PREA Advisory Award with Oliver.
