Washington State Patrol is reporting a rollover with entrapment accident which occurred Sunday night, at Milepost 196, at about 10:36 p.m. WSP reported the vehicle, a 1997 Honda Accord, was south on Highway 101 when the driver became distracted, the vehicle fishtailed, left the roadway to the left, rolled and came to rest on its side.
They reported the driver as Jessica N. Bos, age 28 of Forks. She was injured and transported by Aid to Forks Community Hospital. A passenger, Russell L. Harrison, also of Forks, was also injured and transported by Aid to FCH.
The WSP memo stated that Bos was not wearing a seatbelt and Harrison was and that the driver was charged with Negligent Driving 2nd Degree, speed too fast.
The vehicle was totaled and towed from the scene by Sol Duc Towing.
