Long-time Forks Realtor Carrol Lunsford and Silver Moon Bookkeeping Services owner Sandy Schier talk over future plans at Lunsford & Associates office on Monday, Jan. 23.

Sandy Schier, owner of Silver Moon Bookkeeping Services is merging her business this month with Carrol Lunsford’s real estate firm Lunsford & Associates, which was founded in 1980. 

Schier will be the owner of the two firms.

Schier moved her bookkeeping service earlier this month into the Lunsford & Associates Building located at 121 Campbell St.  The Silver Moon office was formerly located adjacent to the Forks Forum office on South Forks Ave.

She went into business in Forks in 1993 and opened Silver Moon in 1997. She will become property manager for Lunsford & Associates in addition to running her bookkeeping service.

Lunsford said he will remain active in the business as Designated Broker. Lunsford Realtors Leith Grahn, Bill Lewis and Don Grafstrom will also remain as brokers with the firm.

Former Lunsford officer manager/rentals Christi Baron was recently employed as a City Hall clerk by the City of Forks.
