Soroptimist International of the Olympic Rain Forest Presents the 29th Annual Festival of Trees

Get ready to celebrate the holiday season with Soroptimist International of the Olympic Rain Forest (SIORF) at its 29th annual Festival of Trees! This year’s theme, “A Hometown Christmas,” promises a “hometown” experience for the whole community.

Open House Events – Saturday, Dec. 7

Visit the Rainforest Art Center to enjoy the festive atmosphere:

Daytime Viewing: 1–4 p.m.

Evening Viewing: 6:30–7:30 p.m.

Stop by to:Admire the beautifully decorated trees and vote for your favorite.

Savor delicious baked goods.

Enjoy live entertainment.

Participate in the silent auction for holiday wreaths.

Auction Day – Sunday, Dec. 8

The excitement continues on Sunday!

Doors Open: 1 p.m.

Auction Begins: 2 p.m.

Bid on stunning trees and other festive items, with tickets for a specially decorated tree available for purchase. Refreshments will be offered by donation.

Supporting the Community

The Festival of Trees is SIORF’s primary fundraiser. “Money raised at this event supports scholarships, awards, Forks Middle School Student of the Month, Mammogram Fund, SOS Cancer Transportation Fund, comfort kits, and the local Weekend Backpack Program, among other initiatives,” said Soroptimist Berlinda James.
