The Arcora Foundation SmileMobile is coming to Forks

March 3 – 6 and March 10 – 14

The Arcora Foundation – SmileMobile, a brightly painted 39 – foot dental clinic on wheels, will be in Forks and located at Forks Elementary School – 301 S. Elderberry.

SmileMobile dentists – Jim Hutchinson, Payal Bhan and dental team will provide examinations to children, youth, young adults, pregnant/postpartum and adults with Apple Health and those who are uninsured (at no cost).

The dentists and team may provide one or more of the following: examination, fluoride varnish, sealants, x-rays, simple extraction, temporary filling, and written referral. Everyone deserves good oral and overall health.

If you would like to make an appointment or have questions, please call prior to the clinic dates at 1.888.286.9105.

The SmileMobile is operated by non–profit Arcora Foundation and is funded by non-profit Delta Dental of Washington, the state’s largest dental benefits company.
