Two men sentenced in OPNET meth cases

Both arrests tied to Forks investigations

OPNET REPORT – FRIDAY, SEPT. 21 2012

Allen L. Curtis, 39, of Forks was sentenced to 45 months confinement on Aug. 23 

after he pled guilty to Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine, in Clallam County 

Superior Court. The sentencing was a result of an OPNET investigation that occurred in the Forks area between  December of 2010 and January of 2011.

John E. Jacobson, 57, of Clallam County was sentenced to serve 33.75 months total  confinement on August 23, 2012 after pleading guilty to Solicitation to Commit Delivery of a  Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine, in Clallam County Superior Court. Jacobson’s sentencing is a result of an OPNET investigation that occurred on December of 2010 in the Forks area.
