TWO MORE ARRESTS AND MORE TO FOLLOW, AS INVESTIGATIONS CULMINATE INTO THE SALES OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES IN CLALLAM COUNTY

On Thursday, Aug. 29, 31-year-old Meshann Lee Clark of Forks and 47-year-old Gabriel Thomas Oueilhe of Port Angeles were arrested for multiple deliveries of controlled substances following several months of investigation into their conduct by OPNET Detectives.

During the course of the investigations, Detectives utilized confidential informant(s) to purchase Methamphetamine and Heroin from Clark and Thomas.

Clark was booked into the Clallam County Jail for two counts delivery of a controlled substance-Heroin, three counts delivery of a controlled substance-Methamphetamine, and one count delivery of a controlled substance in a public park.

Clark and Oueilhe’s arrests follow OPNET’s August 29 search warrant service at a residence in the 100 block of Avis Street, Port Angeles, where Ronald Dean Kuchler was arrested for three counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine. In addition to the arrest of Kuchler, his 32 year old son Matthew Ronald Kelly Franke was arrested for Felony Violation of a Domestic Violence No-Contact Order; 43-year-old Miranda Lee Niehaus was arrested on a Department of Corrections-Failure to Report warrant (original conviction for Possession with Intent to Deliver Controlled Substances); and 23-year-old Nitawsha Lee Towner was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substances-Methamphetamine and Heroin.

These arrests represent only the beginning of many arrests anticipated by OPNET in the coming weeks. If you have sold controlled substances in Clallam County, especially Heroin and Methamphetamine in the last year, you may be receiving a visit from detectives very soon.
