Gwenlyn Gaydeski is the founder of Upper Left Beauty & Wellness Bar which opened recently at 71 E. Division Street. Gwen said, “I have dreamed about opening up the beauty bar for years now with the intent to give a space for men and women to have a place to work while licensed and after they get licensed in the beauty and wellness industry.”

Gwen added, “We are offering a wide variety of treatments including massage, body sculpting, teeth whitening, facials, waxing, brow and lash services, sauna services, tanning and more.”

Gwen also added that with the expansion of beauticians, other services will soon be added to the space which will include micro-needling, micro-blading, botox, hyaluronic acid pen, red light therapy, laser hair removal, and more to come in the future.

“We will be offering specials including girls’ night in, bachelor/bachelorette parties, tattoo parties, jewelry parties, group specials, and monthly specials,” Gwen said.

Business hours will range from Monday through Saturday and anywhere between 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
