David Edward Tuttle

We will miss you, David Edward Tuttle, a wonderful and brave man, lost his 3-year battle with kidney cancer on September 27, 2020, at his home in Forks, WA. Born in Exeter, New Hampshire on January 26, 1964, to Gary Tuttle and Carol Tuttle-Fuller.

Dave graduated in 1982 from Sandy High School in Sandy Oregon. He enlisted in the United States Navy – Seabees on August 20, 1985, served in Operation Desert Storm as Class A Construction Mechanic in August of 1990. Dave was also a certified EMT and Volunteer Firefighter in Spokane, Washington.

He met his wife Christine on New Year’s Eve at Kelly’s a country-western bar at Stateline, Idaho, currently called Nashville North, he was a bouncer there and part of the “Kelly’s Krew” she was a tigercubs and cubscout leader in Spokane, Wa. this is where he nicknamed her “girl scout” they married on February 14, 2004, in Post Falls, Idaho.

Dave enjoyed cooking, (especially for his wife) building RC planes, computers, cars, trucks anything that was broken, spending time with his family, dave had may wonderful friends and enjoyed visiting, having coffee, telling jokes and making people laugh, friends and all were always welcome in his home. Of all his varied interests, none came close to his love of fly-fishing.

Dave was preceded in death by his father, Gary N. Tuttle, in 2015 in Portland, Oregon.

He is survived by his wife Christine; sons Justin Tuttle, John Tuttle, Stepsons; Jake Brazington, Joel Brazington, Jared Brazington; daughter-in-laws Rachael Brazington, Ashley Tuttle; grandchildren Kyler, Krew, Killian, Owen, and Elijah; his mother Carol Fuller; sisters Carrie Mcgloghlon and Barbara Tuttle; brothers Jamie Tuttle and Jon Tuttle; several nieces and nephews.
