Eugene Ray Thompson – December 24, 1959 – December 21, 2013

Gene has joined his father Lyle, who passed away in August. Gene had a short and hard battle with leukemia and fought until the end. He was raised in Forks, Washington and enjoyed all the benefits of the Olympic Peninsula; logging, hunting, fishing, mushroom picking-all of it! Gene is survived by his four sons, Lyle and Brian of Montana, and Brandon and Justin of Texas; six grandchildren; three sisters and two brothers. He is preceded in death by his mother, Betty Mae Thompson; and father Lyle Eugene Thompson. A celebration of the lives of both Gene and Lyle will be held at a later date. They were two tough men!
