Jesse N. McReynolds passed away January 20, 2017, at the age of 34, at Swedish Medical Center from an intestinal infection. He was born at Olympic Memorial Hospital in Port Angeles on July 21, 1982, to Micheal L. and Lisa (West) McReynolds.

Jesse was a lifelong resident of Forks and attended Quillayute Valley schools all 12 years. After graduation, he attended Peninsula College for 2 years taking automotive classes. He later went to work logging as a chaser. Jesse loved logging and talking about logging.

Jesse enjoyed hunting with his dad, brother Ryan, uncle Steve and his cousins. He also enjoyed helping his brother with his derby cars and helped anyone else that needed it working on their cars. Every year Jesse looked forward to golfing at the Biggies Tournament and Anderson Island. Jesse enjoyed football and watching Seahawks games with his family. He loved spending time with his nieces and nephews.

Jesse never married and is survived by his parents Micheal and Lisa McReynolds, brother Ryan (Brianna) McReynolds, nieces Nola and Piper, nephew Owen McReynolds, and grandmother Annie West.

There will be a celebration of life at the Rainforest Arts Center, 35 N. Forks Avenue, in Forks, on Saturday, February 18, at 1 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donation be made to Forks Community Hospital or Swedish Hospital.
