Rev. Raymond “Rick” W. Hull Jr.

Rev. Raymond “Rick” W. Hull Jr., 82, of Forks, graduated to his home in Heaven on January 30, 2022. Rick was born on October 27, 1939, to Ray and Myrtle Hull in Forks, WA. Rick attended school in Beaver and then graduated from Forks High School in 1958, where he was very active in sports, having been co-captain of the basketball team, winning many ribbons in track, and receiving the American Legion Inspirational award.

After high school, he went on to attend Northwest College, where he met Merrilyn McAllister. They were married in 1960. Rick worked for the M.R. Smith Mill and then for Rayonier Timber Company until he became a Pastor in 1968. Rick worked for the rest of his life ministering in churches all the way from Idaho to Washington to British Columbia. His last pastorate was at Clallam Bay Assembly of God for 23 years. In his free time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping with his family.

Rick is survived by his wife Merrilyn of 61 years, his six children: Laurie Severson (Matthew), Timothy Hull, Linda Hull, Thomas Hull (Kris), Leah Strid (Brad), and Travis Hull (Kim); his siblings Barbara Ray, Beverly Kerschner, and Jim Hull; as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
