January 3, 1935 – September 20, 2019

On September 20, 2019, former longtime resident Richard L. Miller passed away at the age of 84.

Richard was born on January 3, 1935, in Yakima, to Paul and Anna Miller.

He joined the Navy and married Margaret Westerfield in 1963. Richard managed the Tradewell Grocery Store, in Port Angeles, until 1980, when they bought the Lake Pleasant Grocery, in Beaver, Washington.

In 1994 Richard moved back to Yakima. He leaves behind his children, David Miller, Michael Miller, and Kristina (Miller) Hull; as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He will be dearly missed.
