February 20, 1954 – December 8, 2016

Steve Morgan passed away unexpectedly on December 8, 2016, in Yuma, Arizona, he was 62. He was born in Forks, WA on February 20, 1954, to Willard C. and Evelyn M. (Welch) Morgan. Steve attended school in Forks and graduated from Forks High School in 1973.

After High School Steve served in the Army from which he retired. He later served in the National Guard and retired from service there. He went on to work as a government contractor in Afghanistan for four years and then retired to Yuma. He loved his motorcycle and riding with friends and he loved his Hummer.

Steve was preceded in death by his mother Evelyn and his brother, Robert “Moose” Morgan. He is survived by his father, Willard, his sister Connie (Tim) Birley of Forks, his brother Ron (Miranda) Morgan of Mt. Vernon, WA and many nieces and nephews.

A military graveside service will be held on Saturday June 24 at 1 p.m. at the Forks Cemetery.
