Steven Lee Burge Sr. died December 4, 2017, at the age of 59. He was born in Concordia, KS. January 15, 1958, to Wilmer and Irene Burge.

Steve moved to Forks, WA when he was 7 years old, where he lived until his death.

He married Jan Grosvenor in 1976 and had one son, Steven Jr. In 1987 Steve married Diane Luff, they remained together until her death in 2008.

Steve was a shake sawyer for many years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and sports. He loved coaching kids in sports and spending time with family and friends. He was taken too soon and will be so missed.

Steve is survived by his son Steven Burge Jr. (Jenn), stepsons Jeff Alborn (Kelsie), Scott Stump, granddaughter Brooklynn Burge, all of Forks, grandson Brandon Alborn of Sequim and sister Debbie Maxfield of Hoquiam, Wa.

He was preceded in death by his wife Diane, five brothers: Harvey, Howard, Herbert, Raylee, Leroy, his grandson Michael Burge, his father Wilmer, his mother Irene and stepfather Glen Roark.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
